National Fire Prevention Week
What did I learn this past week?
- I went out dancing 4 nights in a row. I thought that I had messed up my knee in the process but in fact I did not (I will tell you about that next week).
- I solved the mystery of why my car loan check had not arrived. The bank has some severe communication issues. I finally got them to talk directly to my insurance company and get the information they needed.
- Deja vu. On Thursday afternoon, myself and 3 of my co-workers made the same complaints during our performance evaluation. Unfortunately, I work for the government and changes are unlikely to be made.
- Sewing: the black dress-a-thon is over. I will be making the matching hand bags for the dresses in the weeks to come. I made a pattern last week and dropped off the last load of clothes to the massage therapist.
