Safe Kids Week
What did I learn this past week?
- The light fixture is down. It was falling and I had to put it out of its misery.
- Honeysuckle has overwhelmed my mailbox. I planted some in the backyard last year but it has magically appeared in the front yard. Ants have also taken over the mailbox.
- I hung out with Meg and she informed me that rabbits can get HPV and they grow horns.
- Yard: I had to mow again. I also cleaned out the flower beds a bit. Last year's low-impact gardening strategy seems to have worked. Almost all of the plants came back this year.
- Sewing: I finished up a skirt and vest. The sundress class is over (I still need to hem it). I started a few refashioning projects. I am turning pants into skirts (2 pairs of jeans and 3 pairs of Chris' pants).
