What did I learn this past week?
- The US was robbed by the Weinstein Brothers. I saw Kill Bill Uncut and Uncensored this weekend. The film was brilliant as a full-length feature with an intermission. It was a little more violent but mainly in that "so violent it is totally absurd" kind of way.
- I attended a conference on the importance of stakeholders.
- I have reached the point where the cost to repair my car is almost as much as the blue book value. Unfortunately a new car is not in my future. Unless the good people at Honda are willing to let me have a Honda Fit for free {if the good people at Honda are listening, I would like one in blue or orange, with a sunroof, automatic transmission and a kick ass stereo}
Projects!
- Sewing: the suits are still in progress, I had to take apart the top-stitching on jackets to redo the interior. I am making a shirt to go with the grey suit
- Reading: I finished the Feminine Mystique and I started Female Chauvenist Pigs. I will keep you posted on that.
