Networking
In my lunchtime blog/websurfing I discovered that I knew two people who should meet.
I sent out a simple email to both of them.
A meet B. B likes music and writing.
B meet A. A likes music and is the editor of an online magazine.
Pretty simple.
Its a networking tactic I stole from Tim Sanders' book "Love is the Killer App"
Anyways, they have since then emailled each other and hopefully something will come of it. If anything I was a little more proactive during my lunchtime activities.
