Project Updates:

I unpacked my new sewing machine yesterday and gave it a test run. I didn't try out everything (buttonholes, zig-zags, etc.) just yet. I decided that in order to give it a true test run I should just start working on Megan's present. I am almost done believe it or not. I would have finished but I need to go to the fabric store for one more part.

The machine was quiet with all sorts of bells and whistles but it was really easy to use. The manual was useful but I didn't really need to use it.

I have a few more Christmas presents to take care of and then its time to make some clothes. I am thinking GIANT PLAID PANTS or maybe some culottes Why? Because I can.

I will toss in a few pictures of the machine and the projects a little later.
